Brighton and Hove Albion’s winning run came to an end on Saturday as we suffered defeat on our travels at Everton.

Heading to Goodison Park for the game, Lewis Dunk’s effort proved to be only a consolation on the day as we conceded three times with £50million man Richarlison stealing the show with a brace.

Having become accustomed to sterling defensive efforts, it was inevitable there would be a bad day at the office given the efforts of Dunk, Shane Duffy and Maty Ryan (as the three who usually take the headlines in good overall showings) and it was just one of those days.

WhoScored rated Dunk and Ryan below 6 for the game although Duffy did take second place with his rating.

Having created the assist for Dunk’s goal, Solly March received our highest score with 6.72 and post-game Alireza Jahanbakhsk, Jose Izquierdo and Glenn Murray completed the top five – all received 6.45 for their efforts.

Dust ourselves down and go again.
