Brighton have now won once in our last 17 Championship games after we lost the six pointer to Millwall 1-0, who gained only their second in 16, at the Amex on Friday.

If the pressure was on Sami Hyypia before this game it would have reached boiling point now and you can’t help but think that if we lose next week then we’ll go into the Boxing Day game with a caretaker in charge.

That’s assuming that a decision isn’t being mulled over this weekend?

Hyypia looked a broken man, a mixture of an inability of not knowing what to do and with his side letting him down as we had enough of the ball but didn’t take the half chances we created, with Solly March having our very best chance in the second half but he slashed this wide.

Millwall defended for their lives, they were happy to defend what they had and they managed to do that with Danny Shittu a man mountain for them.

The only goal was scored in the first half when Lee Gregory was first to react the scuffed effort from Magaye Gueye’s to beat David Stockdale.

There’s nothing more to say really is there, so I’ll leave it at that.
