I can barely remember what happened last week let alone earlier in the season but I’m sure Wolves denied us victory at Molineux just as they did on Saturday at the Amex Stadium in the one-one draw.

The draw also denied us a fourth successive home win, which as I said in the lead up to this game will be key to us staying up you feel.

A point leaves us with a cushion between ourselves and the relegation zone, which stands at seven-points, while Wolves are now three-points adrift of the top six with their play-off hopes given a blow.

Former Brighton ‘keeper Kuszczak would have come back to the Amex Stadium determined to prove that we were wrong to release him last summer and he kept out a header from Mackail-Smith before Afobe was denied by Stockdale with Sako following up but Greer cleared his effort off the line.

After Calderon’s effort had been blocked Bruno (70) was on hand to follow up and fire past his former teammate Kuszczak to give us a lead 20-minutes from time, which left us on for a big three-points. We couldn’t hold that lead though as just four-minutes later a van La Parra (74) cross was helped this into the net by Stockdale, who should have done better, to level things up.

Stockdale made sure that we earned at least point when he turned Sako’s effort against the post.
