The Football League have now confirmed the schedule for the Play Off’s this season.

Should Brighton not take victory over Middlesbrough this weekend and secure their automatic Championship promotion spot, here are the dates fans will need to pencil in for the second bite at the Premier League cherry via the Wembley route.

Sitting in third place in the Championship table, with just Boro to go in the 2015/16 regular league campaign, we are level on points with them but they have a plus two goal advantage.

Win and it’s automatic promotion. Draw and it’s as good as a loss so a Play Off spot and a two legged Semi Final affair against Sheffield Wednesday who sit in the last spot in sixth place on 74 points.

It’s now known that the Play Off semi finals will be held between May 12 and 20, and the respective Finals at Wembley will then follow on May 28, 29, and 30.
