Albion could be back to near full strength ahead of their upcoming game with Watford, reveals Gus Poyet.

Saturday’s postponement means the side are afforded a rare 10 day recovery period from their last league match, and Poyet has reported that Spanish trio Bruno, Inigo Calderon and Andrea Orlandi are all likely to be fit in time for the 29th.

Creative midfielder Orlandi has recovered quicker than expected from the rib injury sustained at Crystal Palace at the beginning of the month, whilst Gary Dicker and Marcos Painter are also set to be available. Vicente remains the only player sidelined.

Poyet told the Argus, “Apparently, Bruno, Calde and Andrea Orlandi are going to be back and Gary Dicker was due to be on the bench at Blackburn and would have had a big chance of playing if he had trained more.

“Andrea has already trained with us and will start with contact Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, so if everything is fine he should be ready.

“Marcos (calf) will be close too. I think he is training with us on Thursday as well, which leaves only Vicente.

“That is the best part, because we are a team that when everybody is available are very difficult to play against, because of the quality of the players.

“When you are missing key players you will always pay the price, so I’m pleased.”
