Albion will conclude their pre-season trip to Madrid with a friendly against Segunda Division side Sporting de Gijon.
The newly confirmed fixture, which will take place in Segovia on 20th July, will follow Albion’s match against established La Liga outfit Getafe – with the 10th place finishers sure to provide a tough test for Oscar’s men.
To confirm, the first of the Seagulls’ two Madrid fixtures will take place at Getafe’s Coliseum Alfonso Pérez stadium on Wednesday 17th July, kick-off 8:30pm (7:30pm GMT), with the Gijon match the following Saturday, 20th July at 8pm (7pm GMT).
We’re still awaiting news on who Albion will play in the as-of-yet unconfirmed friendly on Saturday 27th July, with the rumours hinting at a glamour tie against a high-profile European club.
