The 30-year-old Israeli international joined Brighton back in the 2015 January window as he made the switch from the Scottish side and he went on to more than play his part in helping us to promotion from the Championship into the Premier League.
To date, he boasts 93 starting appearances to the club, with an additional 17 showings from the substitutes bench.
Manager Chris Hughton’s first signing at the club has now put pen to paper on a new 12-month extension at the Amex Stadium.
A fan favourite, fans on social media were delighted when the news came in.
Well deserved Beram, played well last week. Always steps up when called upon.

With recent squad strengthening to ensure we consolidate our position in the top-flight of the English game, Kayal has found game time more limited by Hughton has called on him three times already this season and describing him as a layer he can ‘rely on’ his appearance tally will continue to grow in the months to come.
