Two bits of transfer speculation today, Jake Forster-Caskey is said to interest Rotherham United and Nottingham Forest and Beram Kayal has impressed Hull City.

England Under 21 international Forster-Caskey has long been linked with a move away, and most recently it was Rotherham with their new manager Alan Stubbs said to be interested.

Roll on a day or so from the weekend, and it’s now said new Nottingham Forest head coach Philippe Montanier has joined the race for him, with it expected the talented youngster will look to move on to get himself going again having fallen down the pecking order – and spent two spells out on loan last term with MK Dons.

It’s said that Rotherham have been given permission to talk to him according to The Argus and they have offered a three year deal.

It’s now said Forest are weighing up an offer, but also so could Sheffield United.

The Hull Daily Mail suggest that Steve Bruce is tracking Beram Kayal following the performances he put in last year. With the 28 year old only have one year left on his deal, that could well be the driver for that particular link which may have started in The Sun.

Finally another bit of incoming news, so back to The Argus, and they report that we are on the verge of completing the signing of Fleetwood Town youngster, and full back, Tylor Forbes.

The 20 year old is said to be joining us for a five figure sum, having played 33 times over the last two seasons for Fleetwood. All that’s left is a medical.
