The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game between Brighton and Newcastle United this Tuesday.
Brighton host Newcastle United on Tuesday February 28 for the game at the Amex Stadium and the match carries a 7.45pm kick off.
Referee: Robert Madley
Linesmen: Marc Perry and Adrian Holmes
Fourth Official: Lee Probert
Match Day referee Madley has officiated 23 games in 2016/17 with a return of 94 yellow cards and three red cards.
This season his highest card count was eight yellows between Tottenham and Liverpool in August. He also showed seven yellows and one red in the match between Southend United and Scunthorpe United.
He took in 35 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 96 yellow cards and six red cards.
He was most card happy in the match between Chelsea and West Ham in March with eight yellows being shown, prior to that Chelsea and Southampton in October saw seven yellows.
Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of the players edge closer to automatic bans.
