“The Great Wall Of Brighton Was Impenetrable” – These Fans Pick Out Their Newcastle Heroes

|

On Saturday Brighton and Hove Albion made it back to back victories and clean sheets with a 1-0 win over Newcastle United at St James’ Park.

With a worry over Glenn Murray following the horrific collision he suffered early on in the game that saw him whisked off to hospital for precautionary tests, news later in the evening that he was fine was the icing on the cake of the victory which came courtesy of Beram Kayal’s goal roughly on the half-hour mark.

A number of players took to social media following the match to celebrate the result, and centre-half duo Lewis Dunk and Shane Duffy certainly received their plaudits following Duffy’s own message to fans.

The dup continue to play a massive part in our hopes for a bit more this year than simply consolidation in the top-flight once again.
