Brighton secured a win over Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship on Friday.

A late Brighton goal at the Amex Stadium – from Anthony Knockaert – gave Albion a 2-1 victory over Sheffield Wednesday – in a game that also saw three red cards – to move to the top of the Championship at the time.

Knockaert had put Brighton ahead but – having been pegged back then losing Glenn Murray to a red card – after David Stockdale saved a Wednesday penalty Albion got a late winner with the Owls then seeing two of their players sent off too.
