Brighton’s Championship season continued, but the 100% start ended, with a draw at the John Smith’s Stadium against Huddersfield on Tuesday.

It’ll be a slight disappointment, having gone ahead within 20-seconds through Kayal, that Brighton couldn’t see out another win but Albion’s one-one draw at Huddersfield isn’t a bad result at all and most would have taken that before the game.

With Brighton coming in with a 100% record in league and cup, whereas Huddersfield had lost all bar one Championship game, when Albion got off to a dream start when Kayal (1) curled home, following a good run by Baldock, with only 17-second played the Seagulls were literally soaring!

Kayal threatened to add his, and Albion’s second with Butterfield the main Terriers threat however Stockdale did need to make one fine save to keep out Miller after the half time break.

It was that man Butterfield (54), who is being linked with a Huddersfield exit, who drew the host level though early in the second half.
