Brighton were beaten by Wolves in the Championship on New Years Day as the promotion bid took another setback with yet another home defeat when Albion slipping to a one-nil defeat.
A third successive home defeat means the unbeaten start to the season, which remained intact until just before Christmas is now a distant memory with Wolves’ winning goal coming courtesy of an own goal from Connor Goldson as he turned a Jordan Graham cross past David Stockdale.
