The Brighton and Hove Albion Ladies welcomed Chesham to Sussex with a hatrick from Tammy Waine in the first half an hour. Waine scored in the 11th, 13th and 24th minutes to effectively put the result beyond doubt before half-time.
Things could have been very different if it wasn’t for Charlotte Sole in the Albion goal making a couple of fine saves in the first 10 minutes before the Albion had settled.
The Seagulls comfortably saw out the rest of the game by adding two further goals from Boswell two minutes into added time of the first half and Whitcombe grabbing the 5th in the 68th minute.
