Dean Wilkins, having been a player and coach for so long with Brighton, eventually became the clubs manager. He was sacked in 2006 but has remained in the game, extensively in the south.
Having coached with Southampton he’ll now coach at Brighton’s Championship rivals Reading, being reunited with Nigel Adkins.
