All four managers had excellent months and thoroughly deserve their nominations but with no disrespect to the others, Gus Poyet’s 8 game winning run must surely be enough to tip the award in his favour.
The Albion are now only a matter of points from the Championship and it was vital that Albion made most of their March fixtures with a tricky April lying in wait. But Poyet and his side surpassed even their own target with Gus stating he had earmarked a 16 point return over that period.
